  • I am very pleased with Omars. They are the only RV repair shop that will work on older rvs. They fixed several things on my older tent trailer. I called most rv shops in Eastern Washington and none would touch an rv older than 10 years. Omars will. And, they have been extremely helpful, teaching me new ways to do things on my new rv trailer.
  • Fast and affordable RV repair. Alejandro did an excellent job replacing my port trailer cable and also trouble shooting an issue with my left turn signal (which turned out to be a burnt out fuse). Would recommend.
  • We are on the road full time and were able to get an appointment when our trailer break went out. The service was fantastic. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. We took it back in for some other maintenance and are so glad we did.
  • Dropped in for a new 7-pin cord. Requested installation and they accommodated my request. The service was excellent! The technician noticed an error on our set up of the Anderson hitch and corrected it. The technician also informed me the gain might be too high. Sure enough, it was at 10. This was adjusted back in Pennsylvania, however, I must have bumped the + button during the trip. It was adjusted from 10 to 6. Don't hesitate, give Omar's you business!
  • I drive my 40 foot Monaco RV 3 1/2 hours from Gig Harbor to Wenatchee just for this incredible level of service. Omar’s is by far the best place for your RVs, Repair and Care. Over the last five years I have needed to bring my RV in once a year for something. Last year it was an issue with the plumbing. The fix was painless and I felt the repair cost was extremely reasonable. Two years ago we had a problem with the refrigerator. I thought it needed to be replaced and most places would’ve just replaced it. But Omar’s found a problem with the circuit board and replaced the circuit board at 20% of the cost of pulling the windshield out and installing a new refrigerator. They probably saved me $4000 to $5000 The year prior, I had them reseal the roof. I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of that job as the RV has withstood three winters now with 5 to 7 feet of snow on top of it and no leaks at all. I just dropped my RV off again this morning, as I have an issue with the inverter/charger. I am writing this review as I pull out of their driveway, because I am thinking about how impressed I am with this company. When I used to take my RV to other repair facilities in Tacoma and Seattle, it would typically be there for months. But with all the repairs over the last five years at Omar’s, I don’t recall any requiring my RV to be with them for more than a week. I rarely write reviews and there’s never been a company that I would write this positive of a review for until this review today. I hope this info helps you and I encourage anyone with an RV needing service or repairs to take it to Omar’s. You’re in good hands with these folks.
